MANCHESTER CITY have agreed personal terms with Leroy Sane, according to reports.

The Schalke playmaker, 20, is set to join Pep Guardiola‘s Etihad revolution on a four-year deal.

The youngster impressed last season, earning a callup with Germany to the Euros, and has been on Guardiola’s radar since the Spaniard’s time as Bayern Munich boss.

City fought off Barcelona, Arsenal and Paris Saint-Germain to land the highly rated playmaker.

Sane will become the Etihad club’s fifth signing of the summer after Ilkay Gundogan, Nolito, Oleksandr Zinchenko and Aaron Mooy.

Schalke had previously told City their versatile star – who can play on either flank and down the centre – was NOT for sale unless he handed in a transfer request.
