And the Colombian striker could not find any form at Chelsea and the Blues have decided to not renew the deal.

Falcao will now move back Monaco unless another club comes in for him.

Brazilian Pato joined the west London club on loan from Corinthians back in January but failed to make an impression as he was plagued by fitness problems.

The former AC Milan star managed one goal in two appearances for the club.
