Bilic has already had £8m offers from Sunderland, Palace and Stoke for the want-away central defender.

He is expected to leave the Olympic Stadium this summer but only if West Ham get the extra £3m they want in add-ons.

Hammers boss Bilic will be given all the money from the proposed transfer to use on a defensive replacement.

Tomkins has played 206 times for West Ham and scored eight goals since coming through their academy in 2008.
