Euro 2016 final: Eder’s extra-time cracker lands huge cash bonanza for Portugal as they break the hearts of France in Paris
Crock Cristiano Ronaldo and Co share winners' prize - just part of the £257m dished out to teams during the whole tournament
EDER pulled out an extra-time cracker for Portugal in the Euro 2016 final - and opened up a £22MILLION jackpot.
Crocked Cristiano Ronaldo - a first-half injury casualty in the 1-0 win over France - will join his Portuguese team-mates in sharing the huge winners' prize.
Substitute Eder's jink and bottom corner finish from 25 sunk the hosts 19 minutes into extra time at a broken-hearted Stade de France in Paris.
And the cash bonanza he sparked is just part of the tournament's total dish-out of nearly £257m - up 50 per cent on the Euro 2012 pay-out of more than £165m.
Each of this year's finalists get around £6.8m just for taking part.
