And they will face a Portugal side who are still searching for their FIRST win of the competition.

Gareth Bale showed his goalscoring touch isn't fading as he netted in training, leaving recent hero Hal Robson-Kanu stranded on the turf and wheeling away in celebration.

Following the win over Belgium he said: "Don't be afraid to have dreams.

"Four years ago I was as far away from this as you could imagine.

"I've had more failures than successes but I'm not afraid to fail. We deserve this."

Bale has been quick to play down the rivaly with Real Madrid teammate Cristiano Ronaldo - but it adds a certain spice to an already exciting showdown.

Ronaldo has seemingly cracked under the intense pressure of a major tournament, even throwing a journalists microphone into a lake before the quarter-finals.

On the incident, Bale said: "I’m not sure. I can’t comment on what he does or how he’s feeling.

“He’s got his reasons."

Wales face Portugal tomorrow night and will also be missing Spurs star Ben Davies.
