Burnley v Bournemouth - James Tarkowski

It's fair to say that Tarkowski has been one of our favourite players on Dream Team this season.

The young defender has been simply outstanding all year and has put himself on Gareth Southgate's radar for a call-up to England's World Cup squad.

Crystal Palace v West Brom - Wilfried Zaha

April’s Player of the Month has netted four goals in his last five games and will be the one to watch in Palace's clash with already-relegated West Brom.

The Eagles could leapfrog Newcastle into 10th-place with a big win, so expect a lively performance from, this guy.

Huddersfield v Arsenal - Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang

Arsene Wenger's final game in charge of Arsenal will be highly emotional, and we fully expect his last big signing of the club to be the star of the show.

Aubameyang's netted nine goals since his January move from Dortmund and we wouldn't bet against him scoring in this one.

Liverpool v Brighton - Mohamed Salah

He's been Dream Team's outstanding player all season long, topping our points table with a massive 402 points going into their final Premier League game.

This will essentially be a warm-up for Liverpool's Champions League final in a couple of weeks, but could also be crucial to Salah's Golden Boot bid.

Man United v Watford - Anthony Martial

Will he leave in the summer?

United fans are desperate to see the Frenchman in the side next season, but Martial's future is a huge question mark at the moment.

A strong finish to the campaign will be good for everyone ahead of the FA Cup final and he'll be eyeing a place in the starting line-up.

Newcastle v Chelsea - Olivier Giroud

Giroud's move from Arsenal to Chelsea in January has been good for everybody involved.

He's been Chelsea's first-choice striker in recent weeks - keeping a rather forlorn-looking Alvaro Morata on the bench - starting and scoring in their recent wins over Liverpool and Southampton.

Judging by Newcastle's recent form, he could a fine time on Sunday.

Southampton v Man City - Leroy Sane

He's been a huge part of Man City’s extremely successful season, with a haul of 10 goals and 15 assists to his name.

We don't expect City to take it easy in this one either, with a final total of 100 points up for grabs with a win.

Swansea v Stoke - Lukasz Fabianski

Swansea need a small miracle to stay up.

The Swans must beat Stoke while hoping Southampton lose to Man City with a 10-goal to secure an unlikely survival.

There's not too many players we fancy in either of these two sides in all honesty, but Fabianski is someone we'd fancy to make a show-stopping save or two when the going gets tough.

Spurs v Leicester - Harry Kane

Who else but Harry?

Kane is desperate for that Golden Boot award but is currently trailing Salah by three goals.

However, he loves playing against Leicester, netting a staggering 11 goals against them over the years – more than against any other club – including four in Spurs' penultimate game last term.

West Ham v Everton - Marko Arnautovic

There's little to play for between the two sides, but Arnautovic is always worth a shout for pure entertainment.
