With another weekend of Premier League action within touching distance, it's time to look back at last week's fantasy football surprise package.

Gameweek 6 ended with the two Manchester clubs continuing their dominance at the top of the Premier League table, while Spurs striker Harry Kane was the best individual on .

The towering forward currently tops our total points table; racking up an impressive 46 points this week alone thanks to his brace against West Ham and the hat-trick he hit against Apoel Nicosia in the Champions League.

Chelsea's Alvaro Morata can also be pleased with his efforts, having bagged a treble of his own against Stoke before and grabbing the equaliser in the Blue's win over Atletico.

But one guy who deserves some extra special recognition this week is Manchester City's Fabian Delph.

The seldom-seen midfielder missed a large portion of last season through injury, but made a few fleeting appearances towards the end of City's campaign.

He finally got a run out this season in their Champions League win over Feyenood, before playing 90 minutes against West Brom in the Carabao Cup.

But we finally took notice when he played the final 21 minutes of City's win against Crystal Palace last week and scored an absolute beauty late on.

Take a bow, Fabian.

, having not played for the Three Lions since November 2015.

And things continue to look up for him with rumours he could replace the crocked Benjamin Mendy in the left wing-back position.

Mendy's long-term injury coupled with means City boss Pep Guardiola will have to reshuffle his side for their weekend trip to Chelsea.

And Delph - who currently has 11 points on , with eight of those scored in his 20 minute cameo against Palace last week - is heavily tipped to start the match and could become an unlikely figure in City's line-up in the next few games.

Scoff all you like at Delph's inclusion, but how many of you thought the same about Victor Moses this time last year?

Delph's lack of recent game time and the sheer competition for places in City's line-up means 0% of managers have picked him on  this season.

We're hardly surprised.

In a recent press conference, Guardiola said that Delph is an option at wing-back and even described him as the Man of the Match in their 2-0 Champions League defeat of Shakhtar Donetsk during the week.

High praise indeed.

All-in-all, we think Delph could be well worth a place in your  over the next few weeks, especially considering he's priced at a tiny £2.0m at the moment.

Alvaro Morata or Gabriel Jesus?

That’s the beauty of – there's no budget limitations so you can pick both goal machines when Chelsea take on Man City in the biggest game of the season so far on Saturday.
