MANCHESTER UNITED Under-18s conceded a goal directly from kick-off against Charlton in their recent match-up - and never really recovered.
Addicks youngster Aaron Henry rifled home an audacious effort in their 4-2 friendly win straight from the halfway line.
With the two sides getting themselves set-up, Henry simply strolled forward and booted the ball hard and flat into the top of the net, with the stranded 'keeper given no chance.
Now Charlton fans have demanded the club bring him up to the first-team squad to help their hot start to the Championship season.
The Addicks are the story of the second tier, as the newly-promoted side sit THIRD with three wins and two draws from their first five games.
Charlton sit just two points adrift of Swansea and Leeds in the automatic promotion spots - although there are still 41 games to go.
One Twitter user was quick to urge the club to promote Henry, saying: "Sign him up!!"
Another ordered United to steer clear of pinching his talent, joking: "Are they secretly running the rule over our players #HandsOffOurPlayersManUtd".
Meanwhile, United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has revealed Marcos Rojo will stay at the the club - but Matteo Darmian almost certainly won't.
Solskjaer revealed: "Darmian and Rojo leaving? I can see maybe Matteo. There has been some interest in Matteo over in Italy.
"Marcos, he's staying definitely. We've got a squad now that's less in numbers, but still big enough and strong enough to have coverage in all positions."
Elsewhere, Chris Smalling was pictured in Italy holding a Roma scarf as he closes in on his loan move.
Solskjaer called it a "new adventure" for the defender and hopes he will "return better".
