MASON HOLGATE is at the centre of a three-way Premier League fight between Burnley, Bournemouth and Sheffield United.
The trio have all shown an interest in a permanent deal for the Everton defender, who is valued at £10million, ahead of Thursday’s transfer deadline.
SunSport revealed last month West Brom are also keen on the former England Under-21 ace.
But it is understood the Championship club could struggle to compete financially with the three clubs in the top-flight.
Holgate, 22, has two years left on his Goodison Park contract but if the clubs step up their interest it could test Marco Silva’s resolve.
The Harry Maguire £85m deal from Leicester to Manchester United has put Prem clubs on alert.
