Everton are set to spend the £29m they made from selling Idrissa Gueye to fund their move for the young star.

And now, brother Giovanni has shared an image of Kean wearing an Everton shirt on his Instagram story - all-but confirming a deal has been done.

Kean is said to be signing a contract worth around £50,000-a-week, while his fee could rise to around £36m with add-ons.

Juventus were ultimately left with little choice but to sell arguably their hottest prospect - and are now favourites to sign former Everton striker Romelu Lukaku.

KEAN TO GET STARTED

Kean scored six Serie A goals in just 13 games last season - but the three-cap Italy international had just one year left on his contract.

With no extension in sight, Juve reluctantly agreed to sell him.

The Italian champions had asked for a buy-back clause in the contract - which was rejected by Everton.

However, they will have first dibs on bringing him back, with the Toffees agreeing to notify Juventus of any offers that come in for the striker.

While the news of Kean's arrival will be good for Everton boss Marco Silva, he is still struggling to come to terms with the loss of Gueye.

On sealing his move to Paris Saint-Germain, the Senegal star said: “I wanted to give a new boost to my club career by joining PSG.

"[They are] one of the most structured and ambitious sports projects in Europe."
