Arsenal target Wilfried Zaha wears ‘Instagram flexing kills’ T-shirt as he hints at ignoring social media speculation over future

WILFRIED ZAHA appears to be ignoring the social media speculation around his future.

The Crystal Palace winger is a wanted man, with both Arsenal and Everton keen to sign him up this summer.

Is Wilfried Zaha becoming sick of the speculation surrounding his future?

But his club are standing firm – rejecting an offer of around £55million from Everton.

And Arsenal could be about to go elsewhere with a bid worth up to £72m believed to have been accepted by Lille for attacker Nicolas Pepe.

Zaha uploaded a photo to social media showing him wearing an “Instagram flexing kills” T-shirt.

Interestingly it is on the likes of Instagram, Twitter and Facebook where the 26-year-old is the subject of intense transfer rumour.

ARSENAL AND EVERTON BATTLE

But it is the phone strike-out emoji that hints he could be becoming fed up of the speculation.

SunSport reported that despite lodging a bid, Everton have been told that he is not available at any price.

Palace turned down the £55m offer and insisted a second bid would be pointless.

Everton, who offered £52m plus add-ons, were ready to make another attempt.

But Palace, who have turned down £40m from Arsenal, are stressing – for the time being at least – Zaha is not available.

The South London club believe they would be unable to find a suitable replacement.

Palace had been ready to accept £80m for Zaha but – having sold Aaron Wan-Bissaka to Manchester United for £50m – they do not need the money.

But Selhurst Park chairman Steve Parish reckons that the club will start the season with Zaha in the team.

Zaha was prepared to move to the North-West even though he had set his heart on a switch to Arsenal.
