Arsenal target Dani Alves hilariously mocks himself up as gardener, security guard and taxi driver as he searches for new club
DANI ALVES has a maverick reputation and his latest Instagram post does that notoriety no harm at all.
The veteran Brazilian right-back is currently without a club but rather than fret about the situation he instead took to the social media platform to poke fun at it.
Having left Paris Saint Germain at the end of last season, the 36-year-old recently used the photo sharing site to make a serious plea for a new club.
And despite interest from Arsenal, Manchester City and Spurs, the ex-Barcelona man is yet to find a team.
JOB HUNTING
But rather than let the situation get him down the three-time Champions League winner used it to have a laugh.
In a nod to his job-hunting status, Alves hilariously mocked up photos of him as a gardener, taxi-driver, lifeguard, shop assistant and security guard.
However, this is not alien territory for the former Juventus man who recently posted pictures of himself surrounded by animals at the zoo with the caption: "I already found work guys, a little heavy, a little risky but very fun!!"
While his search for a new club goes on, his old Barcelona boss Pep Guardiola admitted he would love a reunion with the right-back at City.
And clearly keen on the Premier League, Alves even considered taking a pay cut to play for Arsenal.
Having played in La Liga, Serie A and Ligue 1, the Brazilain still seems keen to play in England before he retires.
Speaking last year he said: "The idea that I might finish my career without going to the Premier League, it is not possible.
“For sure, this is the most amazing football in the world.
"First, because of the respect for the players from the fans, and then because of the passion on the pitch.
“If I can play, that would be perfect, but I will make it there one way or the other.”
