Pogba’s brother Mathias reckons Man Utd star ‘will help Madrid’ and ‘idol’ Zidane as Real prepare £150m transfer bid for World Cup winner
MATHIAS POGBA has said his brother Paul can help "idol" Zinedine Zidane at Real Madrid if he seals his £150million move.
SunSport have exclusively revealed that Los Blancos are set to comeback with a last-gasp bid to land the Manchester United midfielder this summer.
Pogba, 26, have been linked with a move to Madrid for months, with his agent Mino Raiola driving the French World Cup winner's Old Trafford exit.
And since Gareth Bale, 30, is close to sealing his mega-money China move, Los Blancos will now try to finally push the deal over the line.
Mathias Pogba - who has just completed a move to Manchego Ciudad Real, a club placed just 116 miles off Madrid - has failed to rule out his brother leaving Manchester this summer.
But he claims that, if Paul ends up in Madrid, he will surely help "idol" Zidane to turn things around at the Bernabeu.
Mathias told : "My brother... I think that any team can help. If he plays Madrid, he will help Madrid.
"I always want the best for my brother. If he thinks he is the best team for him, he will come."

Bale's departure will free up £600,000 a week in wages, allowing Real Madrid to fund the Pogba transfer.
The French World Cup winner has made it clear to United he wants to leave the club.
Zidane believes he can get the best out of his fellow Frenchman by making him the main man in a deeper role.
