Man Utd midfielder Fred gets married in Brazil… before jetting late to Australia for pre-season tour
MANCHESTER UNITED midfielder Fred is missing from the club's pre-season tour - because he has just got married.
The Brazilian is actually believed to have first tied the knot with glamorous Monique Salum last year in a private ceremony.

So this time was to allow the happy couple to celebrate with friends and family back in his homeland.
The footballer uploaded a selection of snaps from the happy day to his Instagram account.
He then shared a snap of him on a plane, heading out to join up with United in Australia.
Fred delayed the wedding this summer as he thought he might be called up to Brazil's Copa America squad.
But after a disappointing season with Manchester United where he flitted in and out of the team, the 26-year-old was left out of the Samba Boys' squad.
MUM AND DAD TO BENJAMIN
SunSport reported in January how the couple welcomed his first child, Benjamin, into the world.
Fred posted a sweet snap on Instagram of the new family.
He captioned the post: "16/01/2019 in 1:33 was born my greatest treasure!
"When a child is born, born in the heart of parents one love greater than life and more eternal than time!
"Welcome to the world my beloved son! We love you so much Benjamin!"
Fred and Salum went public with their relationship in January 2016, when the Brazilian midfielder was with Shakhtar Donetsk.

And it was in February 2017 that they announced their engagement on Facebook.
Brazilian Monique works as a chemical engineer and studied at the University Centre of Belo Horizonte.
She now works at the Centre for the Development of Nuclear Technology.
