CHELSEA boss Frank Lampard led his squad on their flight to Dublin for their first two pre-season matches - with fans calling on him to pick "ripped" Michy Batshuayi.
The new Blues boss, 41, will oversee his first games in charge at Ireland's Aviva Stadium - in matches against Bohemians and St Patrick's.
And Lampard was beaming as he made his way to the plane with his squad - which included forgotten star Batshuayi, as well as Pedro and Willy Caballero.
The Belgian ace has spent the last two seasons away on loan at Borussia Dortmund, Valencia and Crystal Palace - where he enjoyed a late season surge in 2018-19.
And it's fair to say, Batshuayi, 25, looked as though he'd been putting in the hard work in gym during the off-season too.
On Friday morning, Chelsea took to Twitter to share pictures of the squad - focused on Lampard - but most couldn't help notice Batshuayi.

One replied: "I can see batman... am happy".
Another added: "This is it. His season. It’s MichySZN. Let’s smash it @mbatshuayi".
A third claimed: "Great to see @mbatshuayi back."
And many were speaking about how good a shape Batshuayi appeared to be in.
One commented: "Michy is looking big been hitting the gym batman??"
