MARSEILLE are set to rap Adil Rami for going AWOL - as his public break up with Pamela Anderson reaches boiling point.
The French World Cup winner has failed to report back to training today to link up with his squad and new boss Andre Villas Boas.
A disciplinary hearing has been going on for "several days" against him.
Although Marseille admitted: "The decision is prior to his personal problems."
Rami, 33, was branded a "monster" by Baywatch star Pamela, 51, after she dumped him for "living a double life".
Pamela accused the defender of cheating on her and controlling "two women's hearts and minds".
She also claimed to have hired security to protect her because she is "scared" of Rami, who she alleges has "threatened me many times".
Rami strenuously denies all allegations of cheating and using violence against her.
Pam - who last week stepped out in a T-shirt with 'Truth' emblazoned on it - claimed his response was "carefully worded... written either by his sister, lawyer or team for damage control".
The pair had a tumultuous relationship which ended when Pamela rejected his marriage proposal in September.
They got back together but the Canadian-born model called it off last week.
Explosive break-up
Days later, Pamela shared a shocking email exchange in which Rami's ex-girlfriend claims she had been sleeping with the footballer throughout the majority of their relationship.
Sidonie Biemont, 37, appears to tell all in about how she rekindled her romance with Rami, who is the father of her twins Zayn and Madi, born in 2016.
When Pamela announced the split, she wrote on Instagram: "The last (more than 2 years) of my life have been a big lie.

“He used to joke about other players, who had girlfriends down the street in apartments close to their wives, he called those men monsters.
“But this is worse. He lied to all. How is it possible to control two women’s hearts and minds like this. I’m sure there were others. He is the monster."
