Derby line up Darren Moore to replace Chelsea-bound Frank Lampard as manager

DERBY could turn to old boy Darren Moore to replace Frank Lampard as boss.
The Rams are resigned to losing Lamps to his former club Chelsea and have already put together a shortlist to be his successor.
And on that is former defender Moore, who was sacked as manager of West Brom in March, despite getting the Baggies into the Championship’s top four.
He was a member of Derby’s Reggae Boyz that helped win promotion to the Premier League in 2006-07 and is still held in very high esteem at Pride Park.
Garry Monk, who was axed by Birmingham last week, and Lincoln’s Danny Cowley are also candidates.
The Rams have allowed Lampard to speak with his former side Chelsea in a deal which would see them pocket £4m compensation.
