Bournemouth have told Arsenal they will not be selling Scotland international Fraser, 25.

While SunSport understands 25-year-old Carrasco, who plays in China, is out of the Gunners’ price range at £30million.

And Emery is now set to re-evaluate his options after deciding against move for Barcelona loan flop Denis Suarez.

Arsenal had previously identified Ajax’s Hakim Ziyech, 26, after his Champions League exploits this season.

But Emery will have to fork out at least £25m for the highly-rated forward.

Arsenal are also said to be interested in 17-year-old Brazilian wonderkid Reinier Jesus.

But he is also wanted by Real Madrid and could command a huge fee.

Meanwhile, reports in Italy claim Inter Milan winger Ivan Perisic, 30, is keen on an Emirates move.

Former Chelsea boss Antonio Conte has taken charge at the San Siro.

And Perisic could be scrapped to raise funds for new signings.

It's also been claimed that Arsenal are keeping tabs on Marseille star and former Newcastle winger Florian Thauvin, 26.
