KYLIAN MBAPPE has reportedly handed in a transfer request at Paris Saint-Germain amid rumours linking him with a switch to Real Madrid.

The 20-year-old shocked Les Parisiens last month after admitting his future could lie somewhere else - putting the Spanish giants on red alert.

And now according to Spanish TV channel the French international has requested to leave the Ligue 1 champions.

It comes amid claims that Real are ready to pounce for Mbappe or his PSG team-mate Neymar this summer as manager Zinedine Zidane eyes a massive squad overhaul.

Coach Thomas Tuchel recently revealed that he couldn't guarantee either player staying at Parc des Princes beyond the summer following reports the pair have fallen out.

He told reporters: "As a coach, I do want them to continue, but this is football, we are not naive.

"Many clubs want to transfer many players and the market is crazy, but if you ask me, the coach, yes, I want them here next season.

"But if they are not, we will find solutions."

Speaking of his future after being named as the Ligue 1 Player of the Year, Mbappe said: "It's very important moment for me, I come to a turning point in my career.

"I have discovered a lot here, and I feel it is perhaps the moment to have more responsibility.

"I hope that can maybe be at Paris Saint-Germain, that would be a great pleasure, or perhaps elsewhere with a new project."

Real Madrid could potentially have an entirely new front line for the start of next season.

They announced the signing of Luka Jovic from Eintracht Frankfurt earlier today on a six-year deal, while Eden Hazard is expected to join from Chelsea for £115million.

And it has been reported that Madrid will offer Manchester United Gareth Bale, James Rodriguez and Keylor Navas for midfielder Paul Pogba.
