The blonde stunner gave up her job as a fashion sales manager in 2013 to give her full support to the Liverpool defender.

Van Dijk, 27, has been dating Rike since they were youngsters and they had their first child together in 2014.

She was due to give birth at the same time as his first international call-up, so the former Celtic star arranged for his girlfriend to be induced.
