Chelsea will not loan out Tammy Abraham and Kurt Zouma if transfer ban remains
Blues are preparing for the worst this summer with a transfer ban hanging over them
CHELSEA will keep loan stars Tammy Abraham and Kurt Zouma next season — if their Fifa transfer ban remains.
The Blues hierarchy are preparing for the worst and will tell the duo they will have to stay and fight for their places.
Striker Abraham has dazzled at Aston Villa, who would like to buy or loan the 21-year-old again if they go up to the Prem — but that will be rejected.
French centre- half Zouma, 24, starred at Everton during his season-long loan, but he will have to return to battling for game time with the London outfit.
Chelsea will also try to keep full-back Reece James happy, but that is becoming increasingly difficult as he is signing up with a new agent and is wanted by several rivals — now headed by Crystal Palace.
James, 19, is pencilled in to cover for Cesar Azpilicueta and that will be the club stance, despite increasing interest in him after his great season on loan at Wigan.
