Hudson-Odoi appeared to be in good spirits despite being ruled out for the rest of the season with a ruptured Achilles tendon.

The young winger was forced off during the 2-2 draw with Burnley last Monday.

And he could even miss the beginning of next term, with some players taking up to six months to recover from similar setbacks.

It means Chelsea are without Hudson-Odoi for their final Premier League fixtures, as well as the Europa League semi-final showdown with Eintracht Frankfurt.

The teenager has become a firm fan favourite this season, with many preferring his tricks and skills to the experience of Willian and Pedro.

However, Hudson-Odoi has just one year left on his contract.

And Bayern Munich are keen on bringing the youngster to Germany this summer.
