Herrera to PSG is ‘done deal’ according to reports in France as Man Utd midfielder returns to first team action

ANDER HERRERA has agreed a deal to join Paris Saint-Germain this summer, according to reports in France.

The midfielder is set to join the Ligue 1 leaders on a free transfer after he failed to agree a new deal with Manchester United.

According to , Herrera and PSG have agreed terms but are still yet to decide on the length of the deal.

Thomas Tuchel's side have not decided whether the 29-year-old will be offered a four or five year contract.

Athletic Bilbao made a last-gasp swoop for the midfielder, but the source claims their interest came too late.

It is reported that the two-cap Spain international will pocket around £150,000-a-week at Parc des Princes.

Herrera, who switched to the Premier League from Bilbao for £29million, could not come to an agreement with United over his contract renewal.

He has made 20 appearances in the Premier League this season, scoring twice and making three assists.

But the midfielder has not featured since he picked up a thigh injury during the 2-1 win over Watford on March 30.

Solskjaer confirmed he could be welcomed back into the squad for Sunday's clash against Chelsea at Old Trafford.

The United boss said: "I would think so yeah. There's three games left and Ander's been training, enthusiastic and will probably be involved on Sunday.

"I can't guarantee [that] but he's trained the last two days. He's been injured."
