A PITCH invader confronted Fabian Delph during Tottenham's massive Champions League win over Manchester City.
With the clock running down and Spurs leading 1-0 thanks to a crucial Son Heung-min strike, the fan launched himself on to the pitch.
The invader somehow managed to make it the centre-circle at the £1billion Tottenham Hotspur Stadium as he looked to pinch the ball from Delph.
The supporter was eventually hauled off the pitch by stewards, but not before he got a stern talking-to from Mauricio Pochettino.
Delph had initially grabbed the fan and attempted to usher him off the field off play in the dying moments in North London.
But there will inevitably be some concerns a fan was able to get that far on to the pitch and get that close to a player at the brand-new stadium.
HARRY PAIN
Delph had earlier been involved in a major incident in the game, as a heavy collision with Harry Kane saw the Spurs man limp down the tunnel with an ankle injury.
However, Spurs then went on to take the lead through Son, who later told BT Sport: "As a team we never give up, we fight until 90 minutes.
"I think we deserved to win, we were more clinical than them.
"I like this stadium, it is amazing to play here, I am grateful for the opportunity to play at this stadium."

Meanwhile, penalty-save hero Hugo Lloris added: "It's a big game. We pushed until the end. It was very tough but we made such a good effort. It is a good win."
On Kane's injury the French No1 said: "Hopefully it is not to bad. I don't know. You know the feeling when one of your best players is going off the field.
"But we stayed strong and we finished the game in the right way."
