JESSE LINGARD went 20 years back to the future for a Nou way to celebrate Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's confirmation as Manchester United boss.
Old Trafford midfielder Lingard proved his Photoshop finishing was as sharp as his penalty-box prowess with a brilliant mock-up of himself rejoicing with Solskjaer after the Norwegian's famous Champions League winner in 1999.
The England star added above the picture: "Very happy for the gaffer. We're proud to play for him and look forward to this new exciting chapter in the club's history."
Solskjaer insisted today whatever he wins as United chief will better his achievements as a player.
But Lingard and Co know the former striker's last-gasp clincher against Bayern Munich at the Nou Camp was the ultimate moment from United's Treble-winning season.
Subs Teddy Sheringham and Solskjaer struck in stoppage time to overturn Bayern's 1-0 lead.
And United will return to Barcelona for this season's Champions League quarter-final against the La Liga champs on April 16, six nights after the first leg at Old Trafford.
Lingard, though, was bang up to date with his other Photoshop tribute to Solskjaer, whose reward for transforming United during three months in interim charge was today revealed as a three-year contract as permanent manager.
The 26-year-old created a countryside highway scene with Solskjaer next to him driving a red, classic, open-top car.
Lingard avoided adding "Ole's at the wheel" in his accompanying Instagram message - but it was still the clear message, in tune with the new song from Old Trafford fans.
The United academy product wrote: "MOOD! Never in doubt, congratulations boss."
