THIS is the moment David Ospina suffers a sickening head injury before collapsing and being rushed to hospital during Napoli's win over Udinese on Sunday.
The on-loan Arsenal keeper rushed out to intercept a cross just five minutes into the 4-2 win but was clattered by Ignacio Pussetto.
He immediately put his hands to his head and lay on the ground while being treated by medical staff.
Despite suffering a cut to his forehead, he was bandaged up and remarkably played on.
But the Colombian fell to the ground 25 minutes later and players looked horrified as he was carried off on a stretcher and taken to hospital.
Concerned fans tweeted messages of support to the Napoli ace.
One wrote: "I hope everything is alright with Ospina. This looks horrible!"
Another said: "Praying for David Ospina's quick recovery."
A Napoli fan group page blasted the club for allowing Ospina to continue after the initial injury.
SSCNAmerica wrote: "This is laughable also from technical staff. It’s obvious Ospina can’t continue and now he’s out cold on the floor. Why didn’t they sub him out? Shameful all around."
A CT scan revealed Ospina did not suffer a brain injury but did suffer head trauma.
Napoli boss Carlo Ancelotti said: "Fortunately it's nothing serious, he's conscious.
"They did a CAT scan that is negative."
Ospina, 30, stayed in hospital overnight with model wife Jesica and his family by his side.
Sister Daniela, who split from James Rodriguez in 2017, uploaded a picture of herself with Ospina, who is sticking his tongue out.
She captioned it: "My family. My God. All is in control."
Ospina, whose Arsenal contract expires this summer, joined Napoli on loan in August and has made 19 appearances for the club.
The Italians were drawn against the Gunners in the Europa League quarter-finals and will travel to London on April 11.
