WATFORD have made SEVEN changes in preparation for their trip against league leaders Manchester City - and fans think it could be to sabotage Liverpool.
The Hornets have skipper Troy Deeney vice-captain Adrian Mariappa, Craig Cathcart, Jose Holebas, Will Hughes, Roberto Pereyra and Gerard Deulofeu all benched.
And fans think it could be to sabotage Liverpool’s chances of winning the league, as the Reds trail City by one point.
One said: “Just doing our bit to make sure Liverpool don't win the league it looks like.”
Another said: "Great to see that Watford are doing their bit to stop Liverpool winning the league by benching Deeney and Deulofeu."
