Crystal Palace star Mamadou Sakho shows off his £250k Rolls Royce birthday present to himself

CRYSTAL PALACE defender Mamadou Sakho posted a video of the new Rolls-Royce he received for his birthday… from himself.

The Frenchman splashed out on the new £250,000 Rolls-Royce Cullinan after he turned 29 on Wednesday.

Sakho posted a video on his Instagram where he is travels to the dealership with his family.

The ex-Liverpool man takes a look at various different items before gaining the first look at his motor.

After sharing some birthday cake with his three children – one of his daughter’s tosses him his new keys.

The Rolls Royce reaches 60mph in around 6.7 seconds and has a top speed of 155mph.

The video comes the same week as the defender revealed his amazing secret handshakes with the whole Crystal Palace team.

Dressed in his Palace training kit, the defender makes different gestures including a salute with Patrick van Aanholt and dabbing with Bakary Sako.

The French defender has proved a fan-favourite at Selhurst Park after joining from Liverpool in August 2017 following a successful loan spell with the club.

The Eagles centre-back shared the incredible routine while celebrating his 28th birthday by opening an exchange with fellow ex-Red, Cristian Benteke.

The then-28-year-old then crosses the Palace dining room to end the video with a succinct shake with Eagles starlet Aaron Wan-Bissaka.

Sakho has been a mainstay for Palace this season, with the club sitting in 13th place in the Premier League and three points above the drop zone.
