MAURIZIO SARRI condemned the "stupid" minority of Chelsea supporters after allegations of ugly chanting at 2-1 victory at Watford.
Sarri insisted he did not hear any song which Blues fans had reportedly laced with the anti-Semitic Y-word.
But the club have been on the attack against elements of their own support after a string of recent incidents.
And Sarri said: "I don’t want to generalise. For 99 per cent of cases our fans are wonderful.
"In every community there are some stupid and altogether we have to fight against the stupid people but not against the Chelsea fans."
There were reports a minority of fans at Vicarage Road used the term in an anti-Tottenham song about Willian that was chanted either side of half-time.
Chelsea did not comment on the allegation at Vicarage Road, but reiterated their stance against all forms of discrimination.
Chairman Bruce Buck recently penned an open letter to fans in which he said the club "will not rest" until they eliminate discrimination.
