Arsenal fans loving Mourinho being sacked twice after branding Wenger a ‘specialist in failure’.
ARSENAL fans are relishing the news of Jose Mourinho's Manchester United sacking - labelling the Portuguese's dismissal as: "karma".
Gunners fans have stormed social media after the United chief was sacked this morning for the second time since branding Arsene Wenger a "specialist in failure".
Mourinho was shown the Old Trafford door after guiding Manchester United to their worst league start in 28 years.
It is the first time since 1996 that both Mourinho and Wenger are not managing in England's top division.
The two veteran managers spent a decade at each other's throats - creating a rivalry that will go down in Premier League history.
In arguably their most famous spat, Mourinho once called Wenger a "voyeur" and "specialist in failure".
In turn the then Arsenal boss has called him "stupid", "disconnected with reality" and "disrespectful" and once pushed him on the touchline at Stamford Bridge.
But it is Arsenal fans who are seemingly having the last laugh.
Gunners supporters are revelling in the fact that the 55-year-old is out of a job.
One fan said: "Karma b****"
While another wrote: "Irony is the "specialist in failure" moniker will forever be associated with Mourinho now, rather than its intended target."
Other fans took to Twitter to poke fun at the former Man Utd boss.
One said: "Jose Mourinho. Expert in failure."
While another said: "When you think Mourinho call Wenger a specialist in failure was funny yet my man been sacked more times."
And another wrote: "Typical Mourinho 3rd season jitters.. Quick to dish out the ‘specialist in failure jibe’ to Wenger.. Oh how I love Karma."
Another fan even suggested Wenger could be the man to replace Mourinho, saying: "Manchester United sack Jose Mourinho!!!! Wenger in...........?"
Meanwhile, Michael Carrick will now take the reigns at Manchester United.
It won't be in the long run as the club are set to look externally for a caretaker manager in the wake of Mourinho's departure.
SunSport have reported that Paul Pogba has ditched his plan to quit the club since the departure of his boss.
The Frenchman put out a controversial tweet just minutes after the sacking - a move which left Red Devil legend Gary Neville furious.
