ARSENAL are tracking Roma winger Cengiz Under, according to reports.
The Turkish international is one the most highly-rated wide players in Europe after less than two years in Italy.
Gunners boss Unai Emery has tabled a formal bid of around £29million for the 21-year-old and keen to take him to the Emirates next month.
However, according to , Tottenham have registered their interest in the winger with a bid rebuffed from the Serie A side.
Spurs are set for another tilt at Under who has scored five goals and made five assist in 19 games could go head-to-head with their North London rivals.
The Italians are desperate not to sell next month.
Eusebio Di Francesco’s side are five points off the top four and are in the last 16 of the Champions League.
Roma would prefer to allow Under to leave next summer in order to help seal a top-four spot for European football next season.
Meanwhile, the Gunners have made contact with Boca Juniors for exciting winger Cristian Pavon.
Pavon, 22, is another option for Arsenal, but he could cost up to £40m.
Boca are braced for a bid close to their asking price for Pavon and have fended off other Premier League clubs as they try to get their money.
