Arsenal bid £29million for Roma star Cengiz Under rejected with Tottenham monitoring situation

ARSENAL are tracking Roma winger Cengiz Under, according to reports.
The Turkish international is one the most highly-rated wide players in Europe after less than two years in Italy.
Gunners boss Unai Emery has tabled a formal bid of around £29million for the 21-year-old and keen to take him to the Emirates next month.
However, according to , Tottenham have registered their interest in the winger with a bid rebuffed from the Serie A side.
Spurs are set for another tilt at Under who has scored five goals and made five assist in 19 games could go head-to-head with their North London rivals.
