Two Arsenal stars help Laurent Koscielny put his coat on after his injury comeback… and fans love it
The captain was taken off after 72 minutes into comeback game and his team-mates olleagues helped keep their skipper warm
LAURENT KOSCIELNY needed help from Matteo Guendouzi and Alexandre Lacazette to put on his coat after the skipper’s return to the Gunners last night.
The simple task turned into a three man job with the players joking around during their 1-0 win against Qarabag.
Fans loved the friendly exchange.
One said on Reddit: “There’s so much love,” with another adding “the dressing of a king.”
A supporter added: “It just warms my heart.”
Fans were especially happy as the 33-year-old defender was back in action after not playing since May as he ruptured his Achilles.
He was welcomed back with open arms.
One fan commented: “Kos looks like an excited youth prospect coming off the pitch. Glad to see him back.”
Another added: “so likeable and seems to get on with the whole squad.”
Lacazette, player come coat-dresser, scored the only goal of the game before raiding the wardrobe to drape his skipper.
The action was very fitting.
