THE VERDICT

Olivier Giroud is superior to Alvaro Morata in almost every way – why can’t Chelsea manager Maurizio Sarri see it?

The ex-Arsenal star showed once again why he should be starting every game against PAOK

If his tidy spin off and finish for his first goal wasn't enough, then the movement and stunning volley for his second surely sealed it.

Giroud has the perfect blend of physicality, craft and skill.

All the key attributes Morata has been severely lacking this season.

The Blues fans can see that the French star should be leading the line, but worryingly Sarri continues with the former Real Madrid and Juventus man.

When Chelsea line up against Fulham on Sunday afternoon, Giroud should be starting up top, but more than likely won't.
