The Iberians will finish top of Group A3 with Italy already finished and two points behind - while Poland are  relegated to the second tier after just a draw in three games.

This Nations League clash will take place on Tuesday, November 20.

It will kick off at 7.45pm.

The match will be held at Guimaraes' Estadio D. Afonso Henriques - a possible venue for next year's Finals.
