PORTUGAL will look to round off their Nation League campaign with a win against Poland as they begin preparations to host the Finals next June.
The Iberians will finish top of Group A3 with Italy already finished and two points behind - while Poland are relegated to the second tier after just a draw in three games.
This Nations League clash will take place on Tuesday, November 20.
It will kick off at 7.45pm.
