Borussia Dortmund starlet Jadon Sancho becomes second-youngest English goalscorer in Champions League with third in thrashing of Atletico Madrid
JADON SANCHO has become the second-youngest English goalscorer in Champions League history as Borussia Dortmund smashed Atletico Madrid.
The Three Lions international poked home Achraf Hakimi's brilliant assist to tap the ball home — just four minutes after coming on.
And he became the youngest English player to score in the competition since Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain did so for Arsenal in 2011 against Olympiakos.
The Ox was just 18 years and 43 days old, while Sancho is 18 years and 212 days old.
Sancho, who made his England debut earlier this month in Croatia, has been mightily impressive at the Westfalenstadion this term.
There was also a stunning performance from Moroccan teenager Hakimi, who assisted three of Dortmund's four goals as they demolished Atletico Madrid 4-0, sending shockwaves around Europe.
