ERIC BAILLY was hauled off just 19 minutes into Manchester United's incredible clash with Newcastle.
The Ivorian defender paid the price after Kenedy and Yoshinori Muto put Toon 2-0 up after just 10 minutes of the Premier League clash.
Under-fire Jose Mourinho responded by replacing Bailly with Mata as he tried to get something from his players who eventually came back to win the game 3-2.
Speaking at half-time, former Manchester United player Rio Ferdinand said he thought Bailly's time at the club could be up.
He told BT Sport: "I don’t see a way back for Eric Bailly, dragged off.
"The manager said in the last game he didn’t have players that could play the ball out from the back and he’s been made the fall guy here."
