Stopper could be out for the season after suffering an Achilles injury in training in a blow to the Citizens
CLAUDIO BRAVO hailed Real Madrid after they sent him a heartfelt letter following his injury nightmare.
Despite his time with bitter rivals Barcelona, Los Blancos wished the Manchester City keeper well.
Unlucky Bravo, 35, may not return to action this season after damaging his Achilles tendon in training.
But he has the support of the footballing world to offer him at least some consolation.
Real's touching letter read: "On behalf of all of us who make up Real Madrid C.F., especially our president, Florentino Perez, I want to send you our best wishes for a very speedy recovery.
"We are very sorry for what happened, as injuries are the worst part of football, but we have no doubt that, with your professionalism and commitment, you will continue to give a lot of joy to football fans. With all our respect and admiration."

Bravo tweeted out the message with the caption: "Thank you to @realmadrid for the noble gesture.
"Acts like this make football very good. A big hug."
The classy gesture from Los Blancos came despite Bravo having spent three years with Barcelona.
During that time he helped the Catalans twice pip Real Madrid to the La Liga title and lifted the Champions League.
Last year, Sunderland ace Duncan Watmore received a similar letter from the Bernabeu club.
The luckless Black Cats winger has been ruled out for the season after suffering a second cruciate knee ligament injury in the space of a year.
After the gesture, Watmore's dad Ian was quick to praise the Spanish outfit - adding that he hoped the won the Champions League again, job done.
