PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN are set to pull off the shock signing of Stoke forward Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting.
The Cameroon striker, 29, will swap the Championship for the Champions League in a stunning switch.
PSG have targeted Choupo-Moting as a replacement for Goncalo Guedes, who will cost Valencia £36m.
And Stoke are willing to get the £60,000-a-week striker off their books as they look to rebuild following relegation from the Premier League.
He was one of the club's bigger earners after arriving from Schalke on a free transfer a year ago.
Choupo-Moting, who could cost PSG up to £15m, scored twice against Manchester United in a 2-2 draw and netted five Premier League goals overall but could not prevent relegation.
He did not feature in Gary Rowett's plans this season and could now be team-mates with Neymar, Kylian Mbappe and Edinson Cavani.
Stoke are relying upon loan-signing Benik Afobe, veteran Peter Crouch and Saido Berahino to lead their promotion charge.
Berahino ended his staggering 913-day goal drought against Huddersfield in the 2-0 Carabao Cup win last night.
It was the Potters' second victory of the season, with their other coming against Hull in the league.
