WEST HAM are in talks with Harold Moukoudi after Le Havre accepted their £10million offer for the centre-half.
The highly-rated French Under-18 international is also being chased by Burnley, Crystal Palace and Brighton.
And Frank Lampard’s Derby County are keen too on bringing him to England.
But the claim it’s the Hammers leading the race to sign the 20-year-old.
