Andre Ayew to quit relegated Swansea City to join Turkish giants Fenerbahce on a season-long loan
Forward only returned to Liberty Stadium in January from West Ham but was unable to keep Welsh side in the Premier League
ANDRE AYEW has quit relegated Swansea City to sign for Fenerbahce.
The Ghanaian wants out of the Welsh side following their drop from the top-flight last season.
Now he has got his wish and will join the Turkish giants on a season-long loan.
The forward, 28, was given permission to leave the club's camp in Austria to join the ambitious outfit immediately.
Swansea are happy to have him off their books as they look to slash their payroll.
And Ayew's salary, worth around £60,000-a-week, will be a major saving ahead of the Championship season.
Ayew only returned to Swansea in January after an 18-month spell at West Ham.
But his arrival was unable to prevent the Swans from slipping out of the Premier League.
