ARSENAL boss Unai Emery is hoping to make a splash this season - starting with his players taking ice baths in wheelie bins.

The Spaniard, 46, takes on the tough task of replacing Gunners legend Arsene Wenger.

And the former Paris Saint-Germain boss is leaving no stone unturned as he puts his squad through their paces in 29C Singapore.

Arsenal face Atletico Madrid on Thursday before taking on Emery's ex-club PSG on July 28 - just months after he was axed.

Next up is a clash with London rivals Chelsea in Dublin before the real work begins when Manchester City visit for their Premier League opener on August 12.

Aaron Ramsey, Mesut Ozil, Alexandre Lacazette and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang are all included on the tour but will be eased back into action.

And that leaves opportunities for youngsters and fringe players to stake a claim to be involved in the club's new era.

Emery has included Emile Smith-Rowe Reiss Nelson, Joe Willock, Jordi Osei-Tutu and Eddie Nketiah in his travelling group.
