Manchester United stars Jesse Lingard and Paul Pogba party with replica World Cup in LA as French stars bask in glow of tournament triumph
AN Englishman finally got his hands on the World Cup - but not the real one.
Paul Pogba and Jesse Lingard have been partying the night away during their post-tournament break in Los Angeles.
And the pair were pictured sporting a replica of the World Cup trophy that France won for the second time last Sunday.
Pogba, 25, was in superb form as Les Bleus smashed four past Croatia and lifted the famous gold statue.
With Lingard also granted a three-week break by Jose Mourinho, the pair have been having a good time while their Man Utd pals get stuck into pre-season training.
Lingard and Pogba have both been hiring separate abodes in the sprawling California city and both attended a Maxim Hot 100 party at Hollywood Palladium, featuring a performance from singer Tinashe.
Lingard flew out to California with his brother Louie Scott and the pair have been enjoying some time together after the World Cup.
LA is a popular haunt with footballers who are able to get some sunshine as well as spend some of their hard-earned money in the city's glitzy nightclubs and shops.
Pogba was also pictured with his France international pals Steven N'Zonzi, Adil Rami and Samuel Umtiti, who all celebrated in the Moscow rain after Les Bleus' 4-2 victory over Croatia in the final.
It has been one week-long party since Didier Deschamps' side clinched their second trophy, with the stars celebrating in Paris with president Emmanuel Macron, as well as in various cities around the country, such as Antoine Griezmann, who was greeted to huge fanfare in Macon.
