CAR manufacturer Fiat has reportedly offered to fund part of Cristiano Ronaldo’s proposed move to Juventus.
The Serie A champ’s sponsor is willing to pay some of Ronaldo’s massive £26.5m-a-year earnings after an £88million bid was submitted, according to .
However, it’s been added that the news has not gone done well with workers at the company, who have not been given a pay rise in ten years.
Fiat are already part-funding Gonzalo Higuain’s wages following his £75m move from Napoli two years ago.
And subsidising some of Ronaldo’s mind-boggling cash risks a revolt on the factory floor.

“It’s a shame. Fiat workers have not had a pay rise in ten years. With Cristiano’s salary we could give every worker an extra £180 (a month).
“In the last ten years we have lost 10.7 per cent of inflation never recovered and FCA spends £112m on annual sponsorship, £23.5m only for Juventus.
“And now after Higuain they plan to take Ronaldo. It is shameful, even that no-one has said a word.”
But former Italy coach Dino Zoff hopes the move goes through, telling Radio Marca: “It would be very important for Italian football and for Juve to have him in their team.”
