CALUM CHAMBERS has signed a new contract extension to keep him at Arsenal.
The Gunners defender, who joined from Southampton in 2014, has signed a new deal that keeps him at the club until 2022.
Chambers wrote on social media: "Delighted to have signed a new deal at Arsenal!
"I want to give my very best to this great club.
"Thanks to the new manager for showing faith in me and I'm looking forward to the big season ahead!
"I promise to repay the fans back for the support they've given me!"
New boss Unai Emery added : "I’m delighted Calum has extended his stay with us.
"He played an important role last season and will be part of my plans this season."
Arsenal wrote in a statement on their website: "We would like to congratulate Calum on his new contract and look forward to his continued contribution to the club."
Chambers played in 24 matches last season and was a regular at the end of the season as Arsenal reached the semi-final of the Europa League.

The 23-year-old also has three England caps, although did make Gareth Southgate's squad for the World Cup in Russia.
However, it is unclear what Chambers' role will be under new boss Emery next season.
The former Paris Saint-Germain boss will have a new look defence and has set about improving the squad on that side of the ball.
He has already made three signings, with Bernd Leno expected to replace Petr Cech as No 1.
Stephan Lichtsteiner arrived on a free from Juventus, to challenge Hector Bellerin at right-back, and Greek international Sokratis Papastathopoulos joined from Borussia Dortmund on Monday.
