Inter Milan sign Radja Nainggolan from Roma as former club post emotional farewell video tribue
Belgian ace moves to the San Siro for £21million plus Davide Santon and Nicolo Zaniolo in surprise switch
INTER MILAN have announced the sensational capture of Roma superstar Radja Nainggolan on a four-year deal.
Luciano Spalletti has been reunited with his midfield warrior after handing over two players plus £21million in deal which has shocked Serie A.
Nainggolan, who was bizarrely left out of Belgium’s World Cup squad, had spent the past two years reaffirming his commitment to living in the Italian capital following interest from Chelsea.
But an out-of-the-blue bid has seen him up sticks and move to Milan, where he is likely to play in the No 10 role behind clinical striker Mauro Icardi.
And in a typically classy move, Roma – who have landed Davide Santon and Nicolo Zaniolo in the deal – also posted a touching farewell video to their Twitter account.
However, Nainggolan can’t wait to get going in his new surroundings, with Inter back in the Champions League for the first time since 2012.
