FORMER All-Blacks star Dan Carter is set to switch to football for the 2018 Soccer Aid game at Old Trafford today.

CARTER is a 36-year-old is a rugby player who currently plays for Japanese club Kobelco Steelers.
He started his professional career at Canterbury before moving to the Crusaders in 2003.
He made over 140 appearances for the club in the 12 years he was there before moving to French side Racing 92 in 2015.
Carter made his All Blacks debut at the age of 21 and during his international career became a New Zealand legend.
He was named the IRB Player of the Year in 2005 - the first New Zealander to win the award - and won the Rugby World Cup in 2011 and 2015.
As a member of the All Blacks he has nine Tri Nations victories, one British and Irish Lions Series victory, three Home Nations Grand Slam Tour titles and is an All Black Test Centurian.
