Fabinho’s Wag Rebeca Tavares toasts new Liverpool star’s transfer with champagne while wearing Reds’ jersey on private jet
NEW Liverpool signing Fabinho celebrated his £44million transfer from Monaco on a private jet with his partner Rebeca Tavares.
Tavares took to Instagram to share behind-the-scenes footage of the day her husband joined Jurgen Klopp's side, including videos toasting with champagne and kissing the badge.
Tavares gleefully exclaims "We are Reds, baby!" when toasting the transfer and the couple were joined by Taveres' brother Julio Sarmento and his partner Lays Reis on the plane as they celebrated the big money move.
The contract, which was completed alongside super agent Jorge Mendes and former Barcelona and Chelsea player Deco, is expected to be a five-year deal running until 2023.
Fabinho signed for Liverpool yesterday after five successful seasons at Ligue 1 club Monaco and will join on July 1.
He is seen as the ideal replacement for Emre Can, who is out of contract next month at Anfield and looks set to join Juventus.

The move means Fabinho and Tavares will be moving away from the heat and glamour of Monaco to move to north-west England.
