GARY NEVILLE has provoked Liverpool fans yet again, after their Champions League final defeat to Real Madrid.

The former Old Trafford defender pulled no punches after Loris Karius' horror show in Kiev as his spills gifted the Spanish side two crucial goals as they won 3-1.

Neville, 43, who works as a pundit for Sky Sports, constantly has on-screen banter with former Anfield rival Jamie Carragher over their respective club loyalties.

And after being provoked by former Radio 1 man DJ Spoony, Neville tweeted an impressive piece of verse.

Neville has been the target of stick from Liverpool fans since his playing days at United and in 2006 he celebrated a winner over Rafa Benitez's side by grabbing the badge in celebration in front of the away end at Old Trafford.

As Neville also pointed out in his lyrics, May 26 is one of the biggest dates in Manchester United's history as it is the day they completed the Treble in 1999, a feat unmatched in English football before or since.
